My daughter can be messy with regular paints, but the refillable water pen keeps everything contained and the pages stay pristine for the next use. The manicure scene is her favorite, and it's genuinely fun watching the colors pop as she traces over the details.
We’ve taken this on three road trips already and the water pen has survived being tossed around the backseat. The pages dry fast enough that my kids can rotate through the four scenes without any soggy mess.
