The 16 wooden cubes are chunkier than I expected, so my nephew can actually grip them without them sliding apart on the tray. Six puzzles in one keeps him busy way longer than the single-picture ones we had before, and the pet illustrations are bright enough that he names each animal as he builds it
The wooden cubes feel solid and chunky, perfect for little hands still learning to grip. My daughter spends a good twenty minutes rotating them on the tray to get the puppy right, and she's already moved on to the cat. Six different animals means it hasn't gotten old yet.
My 3-year-old figured out the dog and cat sides on her own, but the tray keeps the cubes from sliding around while she rotates them. I just wish the picture hints were slightly clearer on the rabbit, since she mixes up the ears. Still, six puzzles in one box is a great deal for the price.
