The sun may be setting on the Savannah, but this 24-piece wooden jigsaw provides puzzle fun at any time of day. With a hippo in the watering hole and a flamingo in flight, assembling this jigsaw reveals part of African life with every piece. This educational kids' puzzle comes packaged in a sturdy wooden tray for play and easy storage.
The 24 pieces are chunky enough that my 4-year-old can actually grip them without getting frustrated, and the wooden pieces feel way sturdier than the cardboard ones we've been through. She keeps rebuilding it just to find the flamingo in flight again.
My niece spotted the hippo in the watering hole before I did, which made the whole thing way more fun than I expected. The 24 pieces are chunky enough for little hands to grab without frustration. The flamingo in flight is her favorite part.
My 4-year-old can actually finish this on her own, which is rare for a 24-piece set. The wooden pieces are thick and the sunset scene keeps her pointing out the watering hole.
